No returns / No refunds
"Sold products can not be returned" - a customer is eligible for an exchange of size or variant with a small additional delivery and packing charge. However, if a good is mistakenly sent to customer such as a wrong size, or wrong product that the customer didn't order, Goosebumps will fix that in full free of cost.
In order to exchange size, colour or product, Customer ensure the product is unharmed and tags are intact. To avail an exchange you must notify us with in 24 hours of receiving the product.
