Exchange Policy

You can exchange products size or colour with an additional charge as long as the product is unharmed and intact. We strongly recommend to check the product upon receiving the delivery.

• 24 hours to claim : Customer must notify Goosebumps on facebook or instagram within the 24 hours of receiving the product/s. 
• Unharmed Product : Please keep the product unused, unharmed and intact. Do not remove the tags, mark or use the product.
• Additional Charge : Inside Dhaka 70/-
                                 Outside Dhaka 120/-
